|Recommended: YesLevi is a superhero — Had a few questions about some charges that were scheduled for our account and some things we needed to take care of before our lease ended. Luckily, Levi was there to save the day. My roommate and I were nervous about approaching them with our concerns but as soon as we walked in, Levi welcomed us with a smile. He answered all of our questions and put our worries at ease. I think all apartment complexes should have someone like Levi working in their office.

|Recommended: YesIt's a nice place — Haven't been staying here long, but the staff here have been friendly with each time I need to talk to them. Responses are fast and they work with my schedule for maintenance.

|Recommended: YesWonderful — I lived at Highland Park and now live in Sherwood Village - the staff has always taken care of me, A service. Maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours of me submitting them nothing major has ever happened . The apartments are clean and well taken care of. Its a popular spot for college students, but it's never been noisy. Great place to live

|Recommended: YesFeels like home — For the price it’s a very good place to live. The properties management staff and maintenance team are very kind and professional. The walls in the apartments seem to be a bit thin so at times you can hear your neighbors but only when it’s very quiet in the house. Parking is very tricky depending on the time of day but what do you expect from apartment living Overall it’s a very easy place to feel at home in. A very real sense of comfort

|Recommended: YesExcellent place to live — Property staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and do their job well. In my year of living here, I've only had 1 or 2 minor issues where the staff addressed it almost immediately and the situations were handled efficiently. The apartment complex has an indoor workout facility and basketball gym that are in decent shape. The pool is a nice and living here gives you access to the surrounding pools. The location of the apartments is almost in the middle of the city thus making commutes to work school easy. I do not have any complaints about living here

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments - Would recommend to everyone — I'm a huge fan of this place. I have been here for maybe three or four years and I still really enjoy it. I was stressed moving out at first because I wasn't sure what rental properties around the area were like, but I had friends who recommended Sherwood Village, and now I can be that person that recommends it. Great place, great staff, great amenities, great company

|Recommended: YesSatisfactory living — Sherwood has decent appliances. We have had to replace a lot of things in our apartment but they made it super easy and were very nice. Very poor noise control. Management tried to work with us on it but was hesitant to make any action. Our upstairs neighbors would run up and down the hall, jump off of furniture and make horrible noises daily. Their only solution was to have us call every single time it happened and it became extremely taxing. Besides the constant noise issue, it was a very good place to live. The property was kept very beautiful and there was always parking available. I had 1 issue with the mail, otherwise, that was fine. They were good about keeping second-hand smoking to a minimum.
